This notice covers the booking enquiry form. Troy Anthony Grant, trading as Troy Grant Media, receives the information you submit: your contact details, project requirements and any optional booking information.

Why it’s needed

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, discuss availability, prepare a quote and, if you proceed, arrange your booking. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

How the form works

FormSubmit processes the form and forwards the information to troygrantmedia@gmail.com. Its spam checks may use Google reCAPTCHA. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. You can read FormSubmit’s privacy policy. Copies delivered to Troy Grant Media’s email are separate from that 30-day retention.

Keep it relevant

Please only provide information needed to discuss the project. Don’t include payment card details, identity documents, medical information or passwords.

Questions about your information

Contact troygrantmedia@gmail.com to ask about information you’ve submitted, request a correction or discuss deletion. Booking and signed-contract records are handled separately from an initial enquiry.
